Demands for providing a credit

•List of documents necessary for providing a credit.

• Invoice (specification) for goods (service) issued by organization which works with Pravex-Bank on program of consumer crediting.
• Passport of borrower with all inserted photos corresponding to age and a seal about valid residence permit/registration.
• Certificate about conferment of identifying number (not needed for packet "Super light").
• Certificate about income from the work place with indication of (not needed for packets "Light" and "Super light").
• salary for the last 6 months with information for every month;
• position;
• date of beginning of work;
• juridical and actual mail addresses of enterprise, contact telephone numbers of managing staff (indicating either such certificate was issued for credit-finance establishment, either there are charges from salary).

Individual - subject of entrepreneur activity provides Certificate about State registration of the subject of entrepreneur activity, reports of SEA for the last 2 decades with mark of Tax inspection or certificate about income for the last 6 months (original), issued by STI with a round seal.

•Consumer credit is provided to individuals:

• from 18 to 70 years old (inclusive) with registration in any locality of Ukraine, for all that for borrowers aged 18-21 and 65-70 a guarantee is needed. (Relatives of borrowers can be the ones).
• unbroken work experience of the client on the day of applying documents for drawing up of consumer credit both in hryvnya and in USA dollar, should be:
  
• not less than 4 months if sum of consumer credit is to 700 USA dollars;
• not less than 2 years if sum of consumer credit is from 701 to 2000 USD;
• not less than 3 years if sum of consumer credit is from 2001 to 5000 USD.

Information about experience should be confirmed by documents. If experience is not indicated in certificate about income, it is necessary to provide a copy of all work book (for military men - certificate of military men) or this information should be indicated in certificate about income or in a separate certificate.

For all that for drawing up a credit on packets "Light" and "Super light" neither certificate about income nor work experience of client are needed.

•Drawing up credits in our shops-partners.

You also have possibility to draw up a credit immediately in shops (establishments) that signed agreement with the Bank about partnership.

To do that you should:

• choose in a shop (establishment) some goods and take a specification (invoice) for chosen goods/service at a salesman. To fill in initial documents (application for Providing a consumer credit, receipt "About familiarizing of the borrower with norms of Criminal Codex of Ukraine") for drawing up of consumer credit in any department or branch of Pravex-Bank.
• It is necessary to introduce: list of necessary documents.

•Drawing up a credit in department of Pravex-Bank.

To get a credit you should:

• Apply to any department or branch of Pravex-Bank to choose an enterprise-partner, providing goods (services) in installments on program of consumer crediting of Pravex-Bank from catalogue of enterprises-partners.
• To choose in a shop (establishment) some goods and take a specification (invoice) for chosen goods/service at a salesman. To fill in initial documents (application for Providing a consumer credit, receipt "About familiarizing of the borrower with norms of Criminal Codex of Ukraine") for drawing up of consumer credit in any department or branch of Pravex-Bank.
• It is necessary to introduce: list of necessary documents;
• After the Bank took a positive decision on issue of consumer credit it is necessary to pay insurance payment (in case consumer credit is got in structural subdivision of the Bank)
• in the cash desk of the Bank, to sign credit agreement and to get a letter-notification confirming payment for purchased goods.
• To get goods on introducing a letter-notification in the shop-partner of the Bank. Conditions of crediting can be changed depending on conditions of holding common actions with enterprises-partners of the Bank on program "Consumer crediting".

•Drawing up a credit through Internet.

To draw up a consumer credit by means of Internet you should do the following:

• To fill in a Receipt about familiarization with items of the Criminal codex.
• To fill in application for providing a consumer credit in Pravex-Bank.
• To send your documents to the department of consumer crediting in the following way: by fax (044) 201-17-80 with mark "for department of consumer crediting";
  by e-mail bank@pravex.kiev.ua, indicating in the frame "Theme" - for department of consumer crediting.
