List of documents for considering a credit application

• Passport of the borrower.
• Certificate from a psycho-neurological hospital that the borrower is not registered with the psycho-neurological hospital (if the credit amount exceeds USD 70 000 or UAH or EUR equivalent if the client has no driver license and credit history with JSC PRAVEX-BANK).
• Certificate of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (hereinafter - the STAU) on the assignment of the tax identification number to the borrower.
• Certificate from the place of work on the borrower's position (issued not later than 1 month ago).
• Certificate from the place of work on the borrower's income for the last 6 months (details by month), issued not later than 1 month ago.
• If the borrower is registered as an entrepreneur
  • - certificate of the state registration of an individual entrepreneur;
  • - income declaration for the past 6 months;
  • - STAU certificate of no indebtedness to the budget or a statement from the State Register of Encumbrances on Movable Property (SREMP), issued not later than 1 month ago.
• Marriage/divorce certificate
• Passport of the marriage partner
• STAU certificate of the assignment of a TIN to the borrower's marriage partner
• If the marriage partner is registered as an individual entrepreneur
  • - Certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur;
  • - STAU certificate of no indebtedness to the budget or a statement from the State Register of Encumbrances on Movable Property (SREMP).

List of documents for a real estate object owned by an individual

• Title document to the real estate object (sale and purchase, exchange, gift agreement, etc., title certificate, inheritance rights certificate, etc., duly registered with the BTI (registration record, registration certificate, excerpt of the registration of title to immovable property).
• Statement from the State Deed Register (if the sale and purchase, exchange and other agreements were entered in 2004 and later).
• BTI certificate-characteristics (extract from the register of titles to the real estate) issued not later than 3 months ago.
• Technical passport authorized with BTI.
• Housing and maintenance office certificate of registered persons (Form No. 3) issued not later than 1 month ago.
• Copies of passports and TINs of all the real estate owners.
• Certificate from the owner that the non-residential real estate is not leased.
• State title act to the land plot.
• Certificate on limitations for the use of the land plot (servitude certificate).
• Normative monetary evaluation of the land plot.
• Independent evaluation of the land plot.
• BTI certificate that no privatized objects are registered on the land plot (if only a land plot is given for mortgage).
• Written notarized consent of the marriage partner for the real estate assignment for mortgage, if the property was purchased by one of the couple in the registered marriage.
• Written notarized consent of the owner for the real estate assignment for mortgage.
• Certificate on the registration place of the minor children of the client mortgagor.
• Real estate evaluation by the evaluation activities body - Expert-City LLC.
• Other necessary documents.

List of documents for a real estate object owned by a legal entity

• Legal entity Charter.
• Memorandum.
• All the amendments and additions to the Memorandum and Charter.
• Certificate for the current date that since the registration date of the Charter (and if the constituent documents were amended/added or the management was changed - since the date of the last amendments/additions) no amendment and additions were made to the Charter/Memorandum and the management was not changed.
• Legal entity state registration certificate.
• Certificate of the legal entity's registration with the Uniform State Register of the Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (statistics body certificate).
• Minutes of the meeting of the founders and the order on the election of the Director (authorized representative).
• Order on the appointment of the Director (authorized representative).
• Passport of the Director (authorized representative). If the authorized representative acts on the basis of a power of attorney, the latter should be presented.
• STAU certificate of no indebtedness to the budget on mandatory payments.
• Statement from the State Register of Encumbrances on Movable Property issued not later than 1 month ago.
• Minutes of the meeting of the founders with the decision to act as a surety (indicating which property is mortgaged/pledged, and who will be entitled to sign the mortgage/pledge agreement). Passport and identification code of the person authorized by the minutes for signing the mortgage/pledge agreement.

If the legal entity has no accounts opened with JSC PRAVEX-BANK, the documents, indicated in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 must be provided as notarized copies.

List of documents for a movable property item (car) pledge

• Certificate of registration of the vehicle.
• Certificate of Interdistrict Registration-Examination Office that the vehicle is not stolen or in detection.
• Documents confirming the right of ownership to the movable property (sale and purchase, exchange, gift agreement, etc., inheritance rights certificate, etc).
• Evaluation of the vehicle carried out by the evaluation company.
• Statement of the State Register of Pledges on Movable Property that the property is not pledged (carried out before the transaction).
• Other necessary documents.
