List of documents for considering application about providing a credit

• Passport of borrower.
• Certificate from psychoneurological dispensary testifying that borrower is not registered in psychoneurological dispensary.
• Certificate from STAU about conferment of individual Identifying number to borrower.
• Certificate from the work place about occupied position of borrower (issued not later than 1 month ago).
• Certificate from the work place of borrower about income for the last 6 months (with information for every month), issued not later than 1 month ago.
• If borrower is registered as an individual - entrepreneur:
• certificate about state registration of individual - entrepreneur;
• declaration about income for the last 6 months (or reports for the last 2 decades);
• certificate from STAU about absence of debts to the budget (or extract from the State Docket of burdens (pawns) of movable property), issued not later than 1 month ago/
• Certificate about marriage/divorce;
• Passport of borrower's spouse;
• Certificate from STAU about conferment of individual identifying number to borrower's spouse;
• If borrower's spouse is registered as an individual - entrepreneur:
• certificate about state registration of individual-entrepreneur;
• certificate from STAU about absence of debts to the budget on obligatory payments (issued not later than 1 month ago).

List of documents on object of immovable property, where individual is owner:

• documents testifying client's right of property for immovable property (Purchase contract, agreement of exchange, gift, certificate about right of property, about right for inheritance etc), registered in TIB (registration mark ,registration certificate, extract about registering rights of property for immovable property);
• extract from the State docket of transactions (if purchase contract, agreement of exchange etc. were signed in 2004 and later);
• certificate-characteristics of TIB (extract from docket of rights of property on immovable property), issued not later than 3 months ago;
• technical passport, attested in TIB;
• certificate from Housing office in accordance with form №3 about registered persons, about absence of debts for rent and public utilities, certificate from Kyivenergo about absence of debts (issued not later than 1 month ago);
• xerocopies of passports and identifying codes of all owners of immovable property;
• certificate about absence of rent of non-residential housing;
• state act about right of property for ground area;
• certificate about limitation of using of ground area (servitude certificate)
• normative money evaluation of ground area;
• independent evaluation of ground area;
• certificate from TIB testifying that no privatized objects are registered on this ground area (if only ground area is put on mortgage);
• written agreement of spouse for transferring of immovable property to mortgage, attested by a notary, if property is gained by one of spouses in the registered marriage;
• written agreement of owner for transferring of part of non-residential housing to mortgage, attested by a notary;
• certificate about place of registration of under age children of client of mortgage;
• evaluation of immovable property, accomplished by a subject of evaluating activity "Expert-City" Ltd;
• other necessary documents.

List of documents on object of immovable property, where juridical person is owner:

• Regulations of juridical person.
• Constituent agreement.
• All changes and additions to the Regulations and Constituent agreement.
• Certificate for the recent day, testifying that since the date of registration of Regulations (in case if changes/additions in constituent documents were made and/or managing staff was changed - since the date of last changes/additions) no changes and additions to the Regulations were made, manging staff did not change.
• Certificate about state registration of juridical person.
• Certificate about inclusion of juridical person into the United State Docket of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine (certificate from bodies of statistics).
• Minutes of meeting of constitutors and order about electing of director (representative).
• Order about appointment of director (representative).
• Passport of director (representative). In case representative acts on the basis of letter of attorney, the letter of attorney should be introduced.
• Certificate from STAU about absence of debts to the budget on obligatory payments.
• Extract from the State docket of burdens (pawns) of movable property, issued not later than 1 month ago.
• Minutes of meeting of constitutors with decision to be a guarantee (to indicate what property is transferred to mortgage/pawn, who will have right to sign agreement of mortgage/pawn and/or guarantees). Passport and identifying number of the person empowered by the minutes for signing of agreement of mortgage/pawn and/or guarantee.

In case a juridical person has no opened accounts in Pravex-Bank, documents, indicated in items 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 should be provided in copies attested by a notary.

List of documents at pawning of movable property (car):

• certificate about registration of transport vehicle;
• certificate from MREO testifying that transport vehicle is not hijacked and is not under inquiry;
• documents, testifying right of property for movable property (purchase contract, agreement of exchange, gift, certificate about right for inheritance etc);
• evaluation of price of transport vehicle, made by a subject of evaluation activity;
• extract from the State pawn docket of movable property testifying that property is not a subject of pawn (is made before the deal);
• other necessary documents.
