2. Crediting periods
On reissued credits in JSCB "PRAVEX-BANK" to individuals within standard crediting program under real estate mortgage (flats, houses with ground area, and industrial premises) in foreign and national currencies depending on credit amount

Maximal coverage on credits under real estate mortgage - 50% of assessed value.
3. Under pledge of car of foreign manufacture at the age of 3 years:
- Crediting period - up to 1 year;
- Coverage - up to 50% of assessed value;

4. Against pledge of rights of money claim on banking deposit agreement (deposit).
- Credit can be drawn for any
period, but not longer than validity term of deposit agreement.
- Client pays for credit 4-5%
annuals more than on deposit.
- Credit amount - up to 95% from
the amount of deposit.
Deposits can be accepted as pledge if they are
drawn in PRAVEX-BANK.
