•List of documents for application consideration about credit provision for ground purchase:
- Act of state about right of property for ground area issued on the basis of decision of State authority or local self-administration, sale agreement, deed of gift, exchange and etc.
- Certificate from appropriate district division or municipal (city of regional meaning) administration (division) of land resources of Ukraine about standard pecuniary valuation of ground area.
- Certificate from appropriate district division or municipal (city of regional meaning) administration (division) of land resources of Ukraine about present limitations (burden) in ground area usage.
- Certificate from local Bureau of technical inventory about lack of buildings (constructions) on ground area.
- Report about expert pecuniary valuation of ground area.
- Passport(s) of Ukrainian citizen of owners (for persons under 16 years- birth certificate) or international passport of Ukrainian citizen, or residence permit.
- Certificate from State Tax Administration of Ukraine about individual identification code appropriation in State Register of individuals - taxpayers for all owners of ground areas.
