Credit for the purchase of a land plot
Your own land plot is not only an investment, but a possibility to build the house of your dreams in the future.
If you receive a credit for the purchase of the land with PRAVEX-BANK, you may become the owner of the chosen land plot immediately.

- credits for the purchase of a land plot are granted for the purchase of plots located in Kyiv or not more that 40 km from the border of the city. | |||
The rates indicated in the table become effective from the moment the borrower submits the state title certificate to the land plot into the custody of the Bank. The credit is granted on an interest rate that is 1% higher than indicated in the table. The enhanced rate shall remain in force before the borrower submits the state title certificate to the land plot for the custody of the Bank.
Bank commissions for granting a credit (USD, EUR, UAH):
- Commission for the cash and settlement servicing of the individual credit transaction: 1.5% of the credit amount in the national currency at the Bank's exchange rate, VAT excluded.
- There are no other Bank commissions for the granting of a credit.
