List of documents

•On mortgage of immovable property:

1. Right-ascertaining document on object of immovable property (Putchase contract, agreements of exchange, gift etc, certificates about right of property, decisions of court etc, registered in a proper way by TIB.
2. Certificate-characteristics from TIB (extract about registration of rights of property for immovable property, extract from docket of rights of property for immovable property)
3. Certificate from Housing office about balance price of the flat.
4. Certificate from Housing office about registered persons (form №3). As to the houses - a house book.
5. Certificate from "Kyivenergo" ("Oblenergo") about condition of payment for electricity
6. Certificate from Housing office about absence of indebtedness on payments for rent and public utilities.
7. Technical passport on object of immovable property (inventory matter).
8. Passport(-s) of owner(-s) on persons (for persons under 16 years old - birth certificate )
9. Certificate from STAU about conferment of identifying number to all owners of the object of immovable property.

Documents on ground area:

1. state act about right of property for ground area;
2. in case ground area is not privatized - certificate from local council testifying that the ground area is not privatized;
3. certificate from body of local council/committee on ground resources/corresponding regional division of ground resources about money evaluation of ground area;
4. act(report) about conducting of independent expert evaluation of ground area;
5. certificate from corresponding regional division or state (city of regional scale) administration (division) of ground resources of Goscomzem of Ukraine about limitations (burdens) on using a ground area - certificate is provided in case the ground is privatized;
6. If necessary some other documents can be demanded.

List of documents on object of immovable property where juridical person is owner

1. Regulations of juridical person
2. Constituent agreement
3. All changes and additions to regulations and constituent agreement
4. Certificate for the recent date  testifying that since the date of regulations registration (in case if changes/additions were made in constituent documents and/or supervisory personnel was changed - since the date of the last changes/additions) changes and additions to regulations and/or constituent agreement were not made, supervisory personnel was not changed.
5. Certificate about state registration of juridical person.
6. Certificate about registering of  juridical person in Single state docket of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine (certificate from bodies of statistics).
7. Minutes of constituents meeting and order about electing of director (representative).
8. Order about appointment of director (representative).
9. Passport of director (representative). In case representative acts on the basis of letter of attorney, the letter of attorney should be introduced.
10. Certificate from STAU about absence of indebtedness to the budget on obligatory payments.
11. Minutes of the meeting of constituents about taking a decision to be a property bail.

In case juridical person has no opened accounts in Pravex-Bank, documents indicated in items 1, 2, 3, 5, 6  should be introduced in copies attested by a notary.

List of documents on object of immovable property

1. Right-ascertaining document (Purchase contract, certificates about right of property etc)..
2. Certificate-characteristics from TIB.
3. Certificate from Housing office about balance price of the flat.
4.  Certificate from Housing office about registered persons (form №3).
5. Certificate from Housing office about absence of indebtedness on payments for rent and public utilities.
6.  Certificate about absence of indebtedness for electricity.
7. Technical passport on object of immovable property.
8. Xerocopy of passport(-s) of owner)-s) - (1, 2 pages and residence permit).
9. Decision of Board of trustees (if under age children take part  in privatization).
10. Birth certificate of child (if under age children take part in privatization).

•On pawn of transport vehicle (not older than 3 years):

• passport of owner of the car
• certificate about conferment of identifying number to individual - taxpayer
• certificate about registration of transport vehicle
• documents certifying right of property for the car (Purchase contract, agreements of exchange, gift etc)
• act of evaluation of the car, conducted by independent subject of evaluation activity
• If necessary some other documents can be demanded.
