Documentary collections
Pravex-Bank proposes to its clients to use collection form of settlings. Collection operations are operations, accomplished by the bank on the basis of received instructions with documents for purposes of:
- receiving a payment and/or accept, or
- issue of commercial documents against payment and/or against accept, or
- issue of documents on other conditions.
Using of collection form of settlings is recommended on the following conditions:
- economical, political risks, risk of legislation change in the country of buyer are evaluated as minimal;
- seller has no doubt in good faith and paying capacity of buyer;
- there are no import limitations in the country of buyer or the buyer received all necessary allowances for bringing in goods.
On documentary collection bank accomplishes the following operations:
- reception of documents on collection;
- return of non-correctly registered orders, change of conditions of collection orders;
- issue of documents against payment/accept;
- return of collection in connection with refusal from payment.
Clear collection
Clear collection – is collection of financial documents (checks, papers etc), not provided with commercial documents. Pravex-Bank works through the number of banks-correspondents, able to fulfil a role of collection banks. Both juridical persons and individuals and also banks-correspondents use the services of Pravex-Bank.
