Bank guarantee
Bank guarantee - liability of the Guarantor (bank) in the event of a violation by the Principal (client) of its obligation to the Beneficiary concerning the payment of a guarantee amount to the beneficiary in accordance with the terms of the guarantee.
PJSCCB PRAVEX-BANK offers bank guarantees to its clients:
- to secure fulfillment of tender obligations
- to secure fulfillment of obligations under a contract
- guarantees to travel companies for obtaining a license
