At the DEPO-market recourses cost decreased

At the Ukrainian interbank foreign exchange market is stated a turn in the line of market movement, US currency after two sessions increase dropped against UAH with a few kopeks. Bids opened today at the mark 4.6150/4.630, and soon after the rate was at the level of 4.605/4.6200. Further the decrease changed to a short term raise within 1 kopeck, but by the end of the day quotations dropped again to 4.605/4.615 per $1, being at the close 4.625/4.65 on Thursday.

The majority of deals was concluded today by market participants at 4.61/4.62, with 4.615/4.63 per $1 a day earlier.

At the DEPO-market, preceding a long week-end, resources cost decreased, the fact closely related to high balances on correspondent accounts within the NBU, and consequently, to more than sufficient resources offer. Partly this decrease is also bound to the fact that before the week-end, market participants tend to arrange temporary available resources in such a way, that during week-ends they worked and brought income to the bank, making "bears" to profit from this operation.  Overnight interbank credit rates amounted today to 8.0/14.0%, with 10.0/18.0% on previous day. By 17:00 КТ average weighted price on actually concluded transactions (if to compare to yesterday) decreased to 11.6%, being 13.8% on Thursday. Volume of transactions by 17:00 КТ amounted to UAH 3.78 bn, with 4.84 bn on Thursday.

Decrease didn't bypass the resources cost on credits for a period "from 2 to 7 days". Rates fluctuated here today within the range 12.0/15.0%, with 13.5/16.5% a day earlier. Thus, the average weighted price on actually concluded deals dropped to 12.5%, with 14.8% a day earlier. Volume of issued credits changed unessentially and amounted to 251 m, being 280 m yesterday.

Credit rates for a period "from 22 to 31 days" are today within 13.0/15.0%, being about 20% a day earlier.
