PRAVEX-BANK increased authorized fund UAH 120 m
23.05.2008, Bank Board took decision to approve results of close (private) allocation of ordinary registered shares of JSCB "PRAVEX-BANK". Actually there were allocated 120 m of ordinary registered shares with total par value of UAH 120 m.
In connection with performed close (private) allocation of shares and increase of authorized capital 23.05.2008, General Meeting of Bank's shareholders took decision to enter corresponding changes into Bank's statute. After state registration of indicated changes, authorized capital of the Bank will constitute UAH 491 499 139.
"It will allow PRAVEX-BANK to increase portfolio of active operations, as bank's capitalization is base of its stable development", — comments by Stepan CHERNOVETSKYY, Chairman of Supervisory Boards.
