PRAVEX-BANK will increase authorized capital for UAH 150 000 000
During an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of PRAVEX-BANK it was decided to increase Bank's authorized capital up to UAH 521 499 139.
This increase will be reached by means of closed allocation of ordinary registered shares supplementary issuance with total par value of UAH 150 000 000,00 (UAH 1,00 each one).
Term of allocation — since May 6, 2008 till May 22, 2008 (inclusive).
