PRAVEX-BANK depositors opened credit limits on “Credit under deposit” service for the amount more than UAH 15 m.

For the first quarter of 2008 within PRAVEX-BANK "Credit under deposit" service credit limits were set for the amount more than UAH 9 m, that 22 times more than for analogous period of the last year. As of April 1, 2008 total amount of set credit limits within PRAVEX-BANK "Credit under deposit" service constituted more than UAH 15 m.

We would like to remind that privileges of this service is absence of necessity of loan agreement cancellation, credit repayment schedule, as well as automatic interests repayment for credit use at the expense of interests on deposit. Client also has opportunity to repay credit indebtedness and interests individually by means of cash or cashless card account replenishment. Credit rate amount for use of set credit limit on deposit cards is determined in accordance with formula: deposit valid rate + 5%, and client pays interests only for actually used share of credit line.

Credit limit is drawn up on the card without guarantee under pledge of deposit. In accordance with client's desire while increasing deposit amount, card credit limit can be increased as well.

"This service is made for our clients having deposit in PRAVEX-BANK; and they could use monetary funds any time (if necessary, without cancellation of deposit agreement, without commission payment for its cancellation) and without deposit interests", — noted Yuriy KHAYEV, head of plastic cards department of PRAVEX-BANK.
