For business entity - individual:

• Passport of Ukrainian citizen;
• ID certificate;
• Certificate about state registration of business entity - individual;
• Tax administration certificate (with round seal) about business entity income for two last quarters or business entity report for two last quarters with tax administration record - depending on credit product;

• Invoice for product (service) from trade enterprise (institution).
