Rates on additional services for payment cardholders
SMS banking is a mobile control of your card account.
If you have a card account or an account current in PRAVEX-BANK you can control your account status by means of your mobile telephone regardless of the work of the bank branches, Information service or a cash machine. Service is available for all telephone subscribers of all Ukrainian mobile operators. After free connection to the service SMS-banking you will get SMS-reports about operations with your card account with balance status.
•Security
- you will be immediately informed about every transaction including an unapproved one
- in case a suspicion appears that your card was stolen/lost or some devious operations were made with your card you can put your card in a stop-list (blocking) quicker than an operator of Bank's support centre by means of a mobile telephone
- in case you know your exact balance you will avoid paying percentage for an unapproved overdraft
•Convenience
- you can check up your balance just in a shop and avoid balance excess while purchasing
- you get efficient information about placing money on your card account
- you get information on your mobile about the card validity term expiry (21 days before card validity term expiry) and with this you protect yourself from the case when your card is in-valid
- you control using of your money by getting information about operations on your mobile telephone
- messages containing information about account status and operations made with the card can be duplicated on the e-mail address appointed by you or on another mobile telephone
While connecting to the service the user can order getting SMS-messages about card account status on such services:
- on event (report about card account status is sent by the bank after every operation with the card account). In case of making transactions with the card the client gets a message on his mobile telephone containing information about the date, sum of a transaction, its success and the balance of the card account after its finishing.
- on planner (report about card account status is sent by the bank on mobile telephone in the time agreed with a client beforehand - daily, weekly, monthly).
Depending on the service chosen by the holder one of the following messages can be received:
- account balance
- sum, date, time and identifier of the shop where the last operation with account was made
- sum, date, time and identifier of the shop where the two last operations with account were made
- on inquiry (report about card account status is sent by the bank in any time of day and night on inquiry made from mobile telephone by the holder of the bank card)
Depending on the content of the inquiry sent by a client from mobile telephone it is possible to get the following information:
- account balance
- sum, date, time in identifier of the shop where the last operation on account was made
- sum, date, time and identifier of the shop where the two last operations on account were made
- information about commercial currency courses of the bank
- date, time of blocking the card, number of the blocked card and confirmation that the card is in the stop-list
Using of the service "on inquiry" by means of sending SMS from mobile telephone to the bank.
To get the information on inquiry from mobile telephone it is necessary to send a text message using sms service in e-mail format supported by a definite operator. Common order of creation and sending messages:
- to write a new message
- to indicate the address gsm@pravexonline.com
- to separate the address with a symbol "gap"
- to determine the theme of the message which will correspond to the code of the service, and to send a message to the corresponding number of the mobile operator

NN - ID of the client's card ( ordinal number of registration in the base of every card). ID of the card is given on registration of every new card, connected to the service SMS-banking. An employee of the bank informs ID to the client after registration of the card.
ATTENTION! In case a mobile telephone is lost it is necessary to inform the bank about it immediately. Before you inform the bank in a written form about the telephone loss the bank is not responsible for possible receiving information about your account by other persons.
*For KYIVSTAR and Djuice subscribers to use SMS service it is necessary to activate Internet gateway by sending SMS of any content to the number 7021 (according to standard pay for SMS).
