- possibility of partial limit cancellation;
- possibility to restrict the card funds use by the holders of additional cards.
To cancel the restrictions for the entire validity period of the card, it is necessary to refer to a bank outlet and sign an additional agreement.
For one-time change (for the period up to 10 calendar days) you just need to call by 24-hour phone: 0-800-500-450 (free from fixed-line phones in Ukraine) or 0 (44) 201-16-17 (in Kyiv).
How to use the service of establishing limits.
To avoid over-expenditures on the card account, you may establish an expenses limit for a certain period.
- To establish a long-term limit or an individual limit, you need to apply to any PRAVEX-BANK outlet and sign an additional agreement to the bank account agreement.
- You may change the limit for a certain period of time, increasing or decreasing the amount and number of transactions (up to 10 calendar days) at any time by calling by 24-hour Information Center phones: 0 (44) 201-16-17 (in Kyiv) or 0-800-500-450 (free from fixed-line phones in Ukraine).
Attention.
- For all cards, MOTO transactions are blocked (transferring the card number by phone or e-mail), but you may individually activate these operations by signing the respective additional agreement.
