If you don't want to go to the bank for your statement, we will be glad to send it to you by mail or e-mail. To connect to the service, you need to apply to any PRAVEX-BANK outlet, where our specialists will explain to you the terms and conditions of the service, established taking into account confidentiality of information.
These services will allow you:
- to receive information on any changes in your account (crediting, cash withdrawal in an ATM, carrying out payments);
- control the balance;
- decrease the risk of unauthorized card expenses;
- avoid paying interest for unauthorized overdraft.
How to use the service of receiving a statement by mail or e-mail.
- If you would like to receive a statement of all transactions carried out on your card during the month, you need to fill in an application in any PRAVEX-BANK outlet indicating the address where the statement should be sent.
- If you want to receive the statement of all transactions carried out on your card during the month at your e-mail address, you need to enter an agreement on the respective services in any PRAVEX-BANK outlet indicating at which e-mail address you want to receive the statement, and receive special electronic keys in the bank.
