Card blocking is the safety of your funds.
If your card is lost or stolen, you may call us and we will block your accounts within a few minutes. After this, no one will be able to use your funds and only you will be able to unblock the card (by applying to any bank outlet).
Card blocking is:
- Safety:
- allows avoiding unauthorized expenditures;
- allows preventing third parties from carrying out transactions on your card;
- allows protecting your money in force-majeure events.
- Convenience:
- you can block your card by simply calling the 24-hour phones of the Information Center: 0 (44) 201-16-17 (in Kyiv) or 0-800-500-450 (free from fixed-line phones in Ukraine);
- if you block the card, you don't have to worry that it will be used by strangers.
