Department of probation helding is engaged in new probation programs implementation, normative base updates and in developing of probation as a whole.

At the Department of probation helding more than 200 people work on probation for the next posts:

1. Director/deputy Director of the Bank's divisions;
2. Division's accountant;
3. Division's cashier.

A competitive selection for working on probation for the Director/deputy Director of the Bank's divisions post is offered to the candidates (experienced or not) that have already graduated from the university or are the students of final years (5-th or 6-th year of studying).

Probation period for Director/deputy Director of the division post is up to 3 months.

Probation process includes theoretical part - normative documents about every way of Bank's activity studying, and also a practical part - probation at the operating Bank's divisions.

A division's Accountant post is offered to the candidates (experienced or not) which have already graduated from the university or are the students of final years (5-th or 6-th year of studying).

Probation period is up to 2 months. All the probation process is supervised by an experienced Bank employees.

During the probation period for division's accountant post, candidates get fully acquainted with Bank's operating normative base and also get skilled in program complex used by Bank's division's accountants.

A division's cashier post is offered to the candidates (experienced or not), that have already graduated from the university or a vacatinal school.

Probation period is up to 1,5 moths. While probating the candidates get acquainted with particular features of being a Bank's division's cashier.

During the probation period for division's cashier post, candidates get fully acquainted with Bank's operating normative base and also get skilled in program complex used by Bank's division's cashiers.

Any mentioned post probation is free of charge. After succesful completion of probation You are placed in a job at PRAVEX-BANK forsure.
